Licence/Certification:

  • Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (preferred)

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of two advisers and four support staff. Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Operational Oversight: Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

  • Client Experience: Ensure clients receive a superior experience by streamlining workflows and maintaining high service standards.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage resources, and work with the company accountant to keep everything in order.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to set goals, develop strategies, and drive growth initiatives.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the practice adheres to the highest of standards.

About You

We are looking for a results-oriented professional with:

  • Experience: A minimum of five years within the financial services sector.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, managing performance and fostering professional development.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize, manage workloads, and meet deadlines.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in financial services software and tools.
