As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of two advisers and four support staff. Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Operational Oversight: Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Client Experience: Ensure clients receive a superior experience by streamlining workflows and maintaining high service standards.
Financial Oversight: Manage resources, and work with the company accountant to keep everything in order.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to set goals, develop strategies, and drive growth initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management: Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the practice adheres to the highest of standards.
About You
We are looking for a results-oriented professional with:
Experience: A minimum of five years within the financial services sector.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, managing performance and fostering professional development.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize, manage workloads, and meet deadlines.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in financial services software and tools.
